All room rates subject to change without notice. New Mexico room taxes of 13.1875% are included.
El Pueblo Lodge is not responsible for personal items lost or stolen during your stay with us. We ask you to please make sure your valuables are secured.
Our office hours are 7am – 2am. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please call ahead for check-in instructions.
In our effort to be as green as possible, we provide our guests daily with one complimentary ECO-FRIENDLY log in addition to a firewood bundle for the fireplace rooms. Additional logs & bundles are available for purchase at the Front Desk.
We require a credit card to hold the reservation. If cancellation occurs 72 hours or more prior to your arrival date, your credit card will not be charged. If you cancel within 72 hours of your arrival, your credit card will charged the 1st night deposit. There are no refunds or adjustments for late arrivals or early departures.
Our Holiday Season will run from 12/22 to 1/1. A 14 day cancellation notice is required for the entire holiday season. Your full stay will be charged to your credit card 14 days prior to your arrival. Insufficient notice of cancellation will result in the forfeit of your credit card charge.
No Show Policy
Your reserved room(s) will be held until 11AM the following day with a pre authorization on the credit card on file. If you do not show up, your credit card will be charged for 1 night plus applicable taxes.
Pets are welcome in specific rooms only. We charge $20.00 / $60.00 depending on length of stay. Pet registration required at check in. Waste disposal bags are available at the front desk.
All of our rooms are non-smoking.
