Keeping You Safe

As of Tuesday, June 16, El Pueblo Lodge has reopened our doors and are now welcoming back guests. In light of the current views on combatting the spread of COVID-19, we have implemented a number of changes to our normal operating procedures. Our public areas will be reconfigured to provide guidance and encourage social distancing, including a “touch-free” check-in and check-out process. We will implement enhanced cleaning and sanitation practices in our guest rooms and public areas. Room keys will be sanitized and several hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the property. Our wonderful breakfast will include individually wrapped hot and cold items, along with a variety of pre-packaged food items, plus pre-packaged utensils and drinking cups.

To limit cross exposure, we will not conduct regular housekeeping for stay-overs. However, fresh towels and firewood will still be available and trash will be emptied. In-room reading material, lobby brochures and magazines will be removed. Due to state regulation, our pool and hot tub remained closed until further notice.
